With over 10 years of album production experience, I am focused on helping my clients produce recordings of depth, quality and artistic merit. I pride myself on working with inventive new artists and bands who are interested in pushing the limits of their creativity. My goal with each project is to ensure that the artist's vision is realized in a record which creates a complete listening experience. Though most of my work has been with independent rock, I'm interested in working with anyone willing to buck convention and create inventive new music. I enjoy recording music that is typically off the radar of mainstream radio and press while bringing a pop sensibility and fidelity to the production that no critic or music aficionado can ignore.
With the JimmyEther.com full album production service I provide pre-production meetings to discuss what you want from the album, a combination of analog and digital 24-track recording, mixing, and mastering services in one complete package. I don't believe in compromising quality and creativity for the sake of budget. For this reason, I generally charge by the song instead of by the hour or time block. Watching the clock is rarely conducive to quality production. :) Though each production has different needs which may require additional work and resources, most projects can generally be completed between $600 to $700 per song.
